Mid Care is available in bedsitters on Rental only. We also provide 24 hours on and off site security, including CCTV.
Lithium batteries light up the outside night time lights in the complex during loadshedding. An extensive solar system has been
installed serving the Care Centre building complex and the bedsitters.
Persons residing in Cottages should preferably be aged 50 years and older.
A Borehole on the property provides water for the beautiful gardens.

Mid and Frail Care
FAIRHAVEN CARE CENTRE
This exceptional Care Centre offers outstanding Mid care (assisted living) and Frail care to the Elderly, including people living with Dementia or other conditions leading to cognitive decline.
The Village has a full-time Manager on duty from 08:00 – 16:00 and available 24 hours for any Emergency. She is assisted by qualified nursing staff and caregivers 24/7.
The Residents receive 3 tasty, nutritious meals per day, 2 x teatimes and a late evening snack daily. Residents with special dietary needs are accommodated.
An extensive solar system has been installed serving the Care Centre building complex and the bedsitters.
The Cost of Frail Care
Fairland Retirement Village tries at all times to live up to it’s motto: ‘Care, comfort, company’.
Newly upgraded and refurbished, we offer accommodation in bedsitters with en-suite bathrooms on a rental basis.
Mid care and frail care is available from R26 450 per month, all inclusive.
The costs below are fully inclusive and include: 24 hour nursing, meals, laundry, cleaning of room, electricity etc.
Fairland Retirement Village provides excellent, quality, holistic basic care to our elderly Residents.
We do provide for basic dietary requirements as well as diabetics and those with high cholesterol.
